Q. What is a personal concierge?
A. A personal concierge is a person whose service is designed to assist you with your daily tasks, allowing you more time for other things.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, we are licensed and insured.
Q. What if a service I require is not listed?
A. Give us a call or email us we will do what we can to assist you.
Q. Do you run multiple errands on one job?
A. Yes, we will combine many of our services.
Q. How much notice is required for your services?
A. We prefer 24 hours notice if possible but we do realize this is not always the case. Give us a call and we will see if we can accommadate you.
Q. What if I don't have time to meet with you to explain what services I need?
A. Many services can be done with a telephone or e-mail consultation.
Q. Do you have gift certificates available?
A. Yes. Gift certificates can be purchased for both our hourly rates and for our packages depending on your needs.
Q. With the holidays coming, can you do my shopping for my children/grandchildren?
A. Yes, we can pick up something specific you may have in mind or if you have no idea what to get we can get an age appropriate gift for you.
Q. Can you drive me to the shopping center?
A. Due to restrictions imposed by our insurance company, we are unable to transport clients nor can we drive clients vehicles.
Q. Where are you located and where are your services available?
A. We are located in Edmonton Alberta but depending on the service required, we can do many things for you anywhere.
