Terms and Conditions:

1. Rates do not include cost of products, services or charges incurred while executing the service unless otherwise stated.
Rates do not include GST.

2. Payment due upon Completion of service or as agreed upon and noted.

3. 24 hour notice is required for cancellation; failure to comply will result in a minimum 1 hour charge.

4. Services are billed @ $30.00 per hour for services provided during regular business hours.
After hour services are billed starting @ $36.00. Rush jobs or jobs with less than 24 hour notice billed
starting @ $36.00 per hour. Specialty services (such as wall washing) are billed as agreed upon.
Minimum ½ hour for all services. After 1st hour billing will be in 15 minute increments. Commercial billing
is billed as agreed upon during consultation.

5. All prices are for within the City of Edmonton limits. Surrounding areas please add $10.00
(Surrounding areas include - Sherwood Park, Leduc, Fort Saskatchewan, Stony Plain and Spruce Grove.)

6. Prepaid packages can only be used during regular business hours. Prepaid packages expire as quoted.

7. Services or products reaching $250.00 or more may require a deposit.

8. Payment options: Cash, Cheque, Money Order. Prices are in Canadian funds only.

9. All rates and/or conditions are subject to change without notice.

10. Regular business hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm.

11. Go-Fer Gals Inc. will not be held responsible for client dissatisfaction with merchandise purchased.
Product warranty is client responsibility.

12. Go-Fer Gals Inc. has the right to refuse any service which it deems unethical, illegal, questionable, or
strictly prohibited by our insurance company or would put our employees in any danger. Go-Fer Gals
has the right to determine if any of these conditions apply.

13.Go-Fer Gals Inc. has the right to discontinue service if we feel any of these conditions apply.

All personal information gathered by Go-Fer Gals Inc. will be strictly used for business purposes and will remain
private and confidential. This information remains private and confidential at all times. We do not supply
or sell any information (including e-mail addresses) to third parties. In cases where information is required
to book or reserve services, authorization will be obtained prior to booking.
